This study aims to determine the effect of Work Coordination and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Manpower Office of Manado City, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is based on the problems of suboptimal coordination among employees and the level of employee discipline that still needs improvement, which is presumed to affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study is all employees of the Manpower Office of Manado City, totaling 35 people, and all of them were used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results show that all research instruments are valid and reliable. The regression equation obtained is Y = -0.053 + 0.400X1 + 0.564X2. Partially, Work Coordination has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (t count 3.619 > t table 1.694; Sig. 0.001 < 0.05), and Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (t count 4.535 > t table 1.694; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, Work Coordination and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (F count 25.030 > F table 3.295; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), contributing 61.0% (R Square = 0.610), while the remaining 39.0% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. This study recommends that the Manpower Office of Manado City further improve coordination among employees and the enforcement of work discipline to optimize employee performance in supporting public services.
