This study aims to analyze the continuance intention of QRIS usage among MSMEs in Gianyar Regency using the Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) approach. This study used a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique involving 100 MSMEs using QRIS in Gianyar Regency. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method through the SmartPLS application. This study examined the influence of confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and attitude on the continuance intention to use QRIS. The results showed that most relationships between variables had a positive and significant influence, especially the influence of confirmation on perceived usefulness and satisfaction, as well as the influence of perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and attitude on continuance intention. However, several relationships were not significant. Overall, the continuance of QRIS usage is influenced by how users evaluate the benefits and experience of using the system in supporting their business activities.
